Delicious Gluten-Free Stuffing

There are may ingredients that can be used as a substitute gluten or wheat in stuffing. Gluten free breadcrumbs and FODMAP friendly onion replacer are just a start.

STUFFING  -  Basic recipe

3 cups Lifestyle Bakery GF breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon of Low FODMAP onion replacer

1 teasp dried sage or parsley

2 tablespoons of melted butter, or dairy-free Bio Butter

1 egg  whisked (or 1 teaspoon Orgran egg replacer: make as directed on pack)

Pinch of salt & pepper

Simply combine ingredients in a bowl, and place inside chicken or turkey before baking. This stuffing is also delicious when making stuffed mushrooms. Find the recipe here.
