Low FODMAP Foods at Sunnybrook

The Monash University FODMAPs diet is low in the types of sugar that can't be digested or absorbed easily and may lead to digestive symptoms' especially for those with IBS. FODMAPs occur naturally in many foods and include Fructans, Lactose, and Fructose.
