Important Information For Existing Rewards Members
We’re introducing a new and simplified Sunnybrook Rewards Programme from 1 August 2026. Current rewards members will be automatically enrolled in the new programme, and points balances previously accrued through online shopping will be redeemable both instore and online.
The new programme has been designed to provide a consistent rewards experience for all customers, allowing members to earn points on all eligible purchases both in-store and online. Each time you sign in and shop you will accumulate 1 point for every dollar spent, which will be redeemable under the programme where 100 points = $1.00 reward value.

What happens to my existing points?
Your existing online points accumulation will remain unchanged.
Can I still redeem points under the current rewards programme? Yes. Existing points can be redeemed under the current rewards structure until 31 July 2026.
Do I need to sign up again?
No. Existing rewards members will automatically be enrolled in the new programme.
Will the in-store discounts still apply to items I purchase?
Sunnybrook will continue to offer specials on bulk items and selected products. The discount on purchases above $100 will be replaced by the new rewards program on August 1 where you can now earn points on every dollar you spend.
Is there a minimum number of points I need to accumulate before redeeming?
Yes, a minimum of 500 points must be accumulated before points credit becomes redeemable.
Is there an expiry date for the points I accumulate?
Points will remain redeemable for twelve months from the accumulation date.
Why is the rewards programme changing?
The new Sunnybrook Rewards Programme provides a simpler and more consistent rewards experience, allowing customers to earn points on all eligible purchases, both online and in-store
