Domestic Shipping - Australia
We ship from Melbourne with Australia Post, which provides domestic customers with the option to ship standard post or express (if you live within an Express area). Shipping will be calculated based on your postcode. You can get a shipping cost estimate on the product page, in your shopping cart or at check-out.
Within the Melbourne metro area, standard flat-rate shipping of $6.95 applies to parcels up to 22kg. We offer Free Shipping within Melbourne metro for orders over $150 (after discounts).
All our parcels are tracked with Australia Post and we will email you a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping - Outside Australia
We offer Worldwide shipping from our location in Melbourne, Australia with Australia Post. When we say Worldwide - we mean it! We've shipped parcels to Denmark, China, Canada and even Antarctica. And with over 20 years experience, we make sure all your parcels are packed with the utmost care to make sure they get to you safely.
Shipping can be calculated on the product page, in your shopping cart or at check-out based on the country you select.
All our International orders are shipped with Australia Post. We provide tracking numbers for all International parcels, which will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes, Australia Post provides a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your items are shipped. Parcels can be tracked at the Australia Post website.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
- Metropolitan Melbourne and Sydney takes 2-3 business days once shipped.
- Most other Australian locations vary between 3-10 business days. We do offer an Express next day delivery option throughout most of Australia if orders are placed before 12pm. Please Contact Us if the order is urgent.
- International Air Shipping takes 7-10 business days.
- International Express Shipping takes 3-10 business days.
What if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated shipping time?
Please contact us if your order hasn't arrived and we will follow it up with Australia Post for you.

Do you ship cold items?
Unfortunately we cannot offer chilled shipping. If the item you want is chilled, please Contact Us to discuss your options.
