Vegan Anzac Biscuits

INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond meal
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup apple sauce (oil free recipe) or use coconut oil
1/4 cup brown rice malt syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp warm water

METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
1. Combine ALL ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Roll mixture into balls and flatten on a lined baking tray.
3. Cook for 10 minutes at 180 degrees
