Gluten-Free Lemon Traditional Crepes

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD
  1. In a large bowl combine flour mix, water, eggs and spread. Beat with an electric mixer or by hand until mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Add a couple of table spoons of coconut sugar.
  3. Let the mixture stand for ten minutes before use.
  4. Use a ladle to spoon mixture“to a lightly greased frying pan and cook for about 40 seconds on each side depending on crepe thickness.
  5. Sprinkle coconut sugar and lemon juice. Serve.
