Kristen's Creamy Winter Porridge

Mojo Muesli Three Bears Porridge 50g (1/3 cup)
Almond Milk 1/2 cup
Melrose Coconut Cashew Nut Butter 15g (1 tablespoon)
Viking Organic Sour Cherries (frozen) 50g(1/4 cup)
Maple syrup (1 teaspoon)
Combine porridge & almond milk and heat in microwave for 1 minute.
Alongside but in a separate bowl, microwave sour cherries for 1 minute.
Add the sour cherries and cashew nut butter to the porridge.
Pour the maple syrup over the top & sprinkle with cinnamon.
In a small pot, combine the porridge and almond milk and bring to a light simmer for a few minutes until the thickness of your liking.
In a separate small pot, gently bring the sour cherries to a simmer until they have heated & macerated.
Take both pots off the heat and combine into one bowl.
Top with cashew butter, maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon!
