Keto Choc Peanut Collagen Balls

½ cup of peanut butter

½ cup of Nutra-Organics Collagen Beauty Powder

1 tablespoon Lakanto no added Sugar Maple Flavoured Syrup

½ teaspoon of Vanilla Australia Organic Vanilla essence

Pinch of Salt 

100g PB Co. 98% Sugar Free Choc Chips 

Cacao powder for dusting 



Place peanut butter, collagen, maple syrup, salt and vanilla essence together and stir until combine. Roll mixture into small balls.
Place in the freezer and freeze until firm.

Melt the choc chips and remove the balls from the freezer. Pearce the balls with a wooden skewer and dip the balls into the melted choc chips. Place on a tray lined with baking paper.

Refrigerate until chocolate has set. Store them in an airtight container. Serve with a dusting of cacao powder.
