Healthy Chocolate Rice Crispy Treats

This throw back treat gets a healthier makeover in this super simple yet insanely delicious recipe. It is also vegan, gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free, making it perfect for the kiddies.
18 medjool dates (soaked )
3 tablespoons Savy Organics Smooth Peanut Butter
Soak pitted medjool dates in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain
Blend dates, peanut better and cacao then stir in brown rice puffs and buckwheat.
Place into a lined baking tray or cupcake tray and then into the freezer to set.
