Grapefruit, Orange & Quandong Spritz

Packed full of vitamin C and alcohol free, this delightful mocktail is refreshing and delicious! Made with Etch Sparkling Orange, a sweet juicy citrus flavour featuring the native Australian Quandong (tantalum Acuminatum), also known as ‘Wild Peach’ which grows mainly in the semi-arid regions of South Australia.

Grapefruit, Orange & Quandong Spritz

Ingredients:

Juice of half an orange

Juice of half a ruby grapefruit

Ice cubes

ETCH Sparkling Orange & Quandong

Method:

In a tall glass combine the fresh orange juice and ruby grapefruit juice.

Fill the glass with ice cubes

Top up the glass with ETCH Sparkling Orange & Quandong

Garnish with a wheel of grapefruit & enjoy!
