Deliciously Gluten-Free Chocolate Ripple Cake

If you are looking for an amazing centrepiece for your Christmas, you can't go past this Chocolate Ripple Cake. It is gluten-free, and will definitely have the ultimate wow factor for you and your guests!

Ingredients

2 packets of Whisk and Pin Chocolate Mud Cookies

2 cans of Natures Charm Coconut Whipping Cream

Fresh seasonal berries and edible flowers to decorate

 

Method

1. Pour Nature's Charm Coconut Whipping Cream into a bowl and whip until fluffy.

2. Grab one cookie, spread whipped cream on top, about 1cm thick.  Place cookie down on bench then top with  a second cookie. Add another cm  of cream on top  of the second cookie and top with a third. continue until you have completed one third of the cookies (this will be 8 cookies). This is your first row.

3. Continue to make a second, and then third row. Once completed, lay the three rows together, and cover the entire cake with the remaining cream, ensuring you evenly cover everything. 

4. Set the cake in the fridge for 4+ hours. Top with berries and edible flowers, and enjoy!
