Hard to a resist a traditional favourite ! Simple Easy and Free From Gluten, Nuts and Dairy


2 cups Good Morning Brown Rice Puffs

1/4 cup Maple Syrup

1/2 cup Coconut oil (you can use a refined option if you would a milder flavour)

1/4 cup desiccated coconut

2 Tbsp Loving Earth Cacao Powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Place coconut oil and maple syrup in a saucepan and heat until it has melted. Remove from heat and add in Cacao and vanilla and mix well. Let mixture cool slightly. 

2. Add the puffs and dessicated coconut together in a bowl. Pour the liquid onto the puffs and stir well until the puffs are completely coated. 

3. Place the mixture in the mini baking cups and press firmly. Stir the mixture occasionally to avoid the oil sinking to the bottom. 

4. Place in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Enjoy!
