Acai Breakfast Parfait

1/2 cup of Coyo Natural Yoghurt
1/2 - 1 tsp of Happy Way acai berry powder
1 tsp of Absolute Organic Maple Syrup
1 tbsp of The Chia Co White Chia Seed
Add everything to a bowl or jar and mix until combined. If you are in a rush you can eat it after waiting 10 minutes for the chia seeds to absorb the yoghurt, otherwise place it in the fridge overnight to get a super thick consistency (like a cream!). Layer your chia pudding with puffed millet, granola, blueberries & pomegranate seeds. So quick,easy and delicous!
