Made with Australian Snapper. The fish are sustainably harvested from areas including Exmouth, the Abrothos islands and World Heritage listed Shark Bay. Line caught and fished within quota regulations, the fish are filleted with the bones slowly simmered with aromatic vegetables and reduced to concentrate the flavour. The result is a truly unique stock with a remarkable purity and depth of flavour. Use generously where ever fish stock is called for, including paella, bisques, seafood hotpots, risottos soups and more.
