The Low FODMAP booklet is an English version, which describes a diet to control the gastrointestinal symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome. The booklet includes, among other things; a starter list of foods to avoid and foods that are fine, recommended recipes and a Low FODMAP guide for Vegetarians. Please note that this is a hard copy version of the booklet only.
