Absolutely Wonderful Flour

I found a recipe for English Buttermilk Scones/Biscuits the recipe stated using this flour - I was skeptical - so I followed the recipe and WOW the scones turned out fantastic that I had to make a second batch the same day - this flour has a subtle flavour - I will be using this particular flour more regularly for my baking needs - try it you will be very pleased with your baking results.

Absolutely Wonderful Flour

I came across a recipe for making the perfect Buttermilk Biscuits/Scones which specified only using this brand of flour - I was skeptical - so I tried it - followed the recipe - and I have to say they turned out perfectly the flour has a very nice subtle flavour - give it a try you will LOVE THIS FLOUR - I will be using this flour regularly from now on.
