Vegan Peanut Butter & Jam Drops

It doesn't get easier or tastier than these little gems! A silicone-based ice tray is perfect to make these in however you could also use a silicone (needs to be for ease of popping out) cookie tray if you want more of a wagon wheel effect.

Jam Ingredients
1 cup Viking Organic Raspberries
1/4 cup Pure Harvest Maple Syrup
Juice of 1/2 an orange
3 tablespoons The Chia Co White Chia Seed 

Top Layer & Filling Ingredients

Approximately 2 tablespoons Savy Organics Smooth Peanut Butter

Top layer of Sweet William Chocolate Spread  (Optional)
Loving Earth Organic 72% Raw Dark Chocolate


Prepare the jam first by combining the berries, juice and maple syrup in a blender. Remove and stir through the chia seeds. Pop in the fridge to set, overnight.
Dollop a little chia jam into each mold before placing in the freezer to set for about 15 mins. Drop a little peanut butter on top, set again in the freezer. Add the choc sauce layer lastly (if you’re using) and allow to set. Finally, coat the layered drop in the dark chocolate and keep in the fridge.
