Dairy and Gluten-Free Christmas Rocky Road

375 g Alpha Dark Compound Cooking Chocolate, chopped
320g Nature’s Charm condensed Coconut milk
80g J. Luehders Vegan Berry Soft Candy, chopped (Glace cherries can be used)
1/3 cup roasted peanuts, chopped (alternative nuts can be used)
125g Simply Wize Irresistible Marshmallows, chopped (use Freedom Vegan Marshmallows for a vegan option)
½ cup Nuilife shredded coconut
5-6 Leda Arrowroot Biscuits crushed roughly
1. Melt together the chocolate and condensed milk.
2. Once melted and combined, stir through remaining ingredients – you’ll need to
work quickly. Add a pinch of salt too if you like.
3. Spoon into a lined 20x20cm pan and smooth the top.
4. Refrigerate until set. Cut into pieces and serve.
