Good bread mix with no added yeast
6 September 2020We like the taste & texture of the bread; very easy to make. Slices are pretty flexible (doesn't crumble as badly as some). One of the relatively few gluten free bread mixes with no added yeast (and other things I'm sadly intolerant to). On the downside, it is *very* salty.
