Atlantic Dulse is a red seaweed, full of minerals and nutrients. It has a wonderful naturally smoky, salty flavour which has earned it the name 'the vegan bacon'.  Our Dulse is harvested from an organically certified area, air dried to preserve nutrient density and tested for contaminants.

We offer Dulse in leaf or flake form. We also smoke our Dulse Flakes to create a delicous seasoning which won a gold medal in the 2023 Outstanding Food Producers awards!

Atlantic Dulse offers and excellent source of Iodine and a source of Iron.

Eat leaves raw or roast for a delicious salty snack, Wrap dulse leaves around food parcels, or chop into any meal. Add raw flakes to smoothies, sprinkle as a condiment, use to add natural smoky flavour to any meal. Raw or smoked dulse flakes are simply delicious with eggs, potatoes, soups, fish, chicken and family favourite recipes. Replace salt with Dulse flakes in savoury baking, or add to butters. The options are endless.
