Egg Free Quiche - it is possible!

I made a quiche with it basing it on one of the recipes on the Orgran website and was super impressed with the taste and texture. We've been living with egg allergies in our household for 13 years so been a long time since I've been able to service quiche and now very excited to be able to make scrambled eggs, omelette and frittata in the near future too!
