Melrose Premium Liquid Coconut Oil is made from coconuts grown on sustainable plantations in the Philippines. Liquid coconut oil is produced through a process called fractionation, which removes the long-chain fatty acids, keeping the oil liquid at room temperature. ‘Fractionated’ coconut oil is made up of mostly medium chain triglycerides (MCTs). These fatty acids are easy to digest and provide a healthy source of energy.
