As a dietary supplement, simply add about 1 tablespoon (10g) of gelatin to your preferred liquid, whether hot or cold, such as tea, coffee, or juice. If desired, you can "bloom" the gelatin before mixing it into your drink.
To create set gelatin, start by blooming approximately 1⁄4 cup (40g) of gelatin in 1⁄2 cup of water (1:2 ratio) and stir until smooth.
Then, combine the bloomed gelatin with 250 mL of any hot liquid and your preferred
flavouring.
Stir until fully dissolved, then pour into a mould and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Tip: For a softer set, reduce the amount of gelatin used; for a firmer set, increase the amount.
