They felt hard coming out of the pack and I rolled my eyes, thinking “another hard gluten free bun” but once toasted they softened up on the inside while remaining crispy on the outside. The flavour was delicious, not too sweet and they tasted fresh. I’ve tried every GF hot cross bun I could find and these are my favourite. Really happy with them!
