When the months grow warmer, your chocolate
should be stored in a cool, dark place preferably below 20 degrees Celcius . Your chocolate can be stored in the fridge- the quality and texture will not be affected and it will not 'whiten' like many commercially produced chocolates do.
Should you receive chocolate that is warm to touch, do not open it straight away, but transfer to a refrigeratos for an hour or two before opening.
